Agora que me preparo para come\u00e7ar a semana 3 do programa, gostava s\u00f3 de deixar um apontamento sobre a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o do treino de abdominais, o Ab Ripper X (estes nomes s\u00e3o estupendos).<\/p>\n

J\u00e1 o fiz seis vezes, cinco das quais registei as repeti\u00e7\u00f5es que consegui em cada exerc\u00ed\u00adcio. Embora ainda n\u00e3o consiga acompanhar tudo at\u00e9 ao fim, a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 bastante animadora. O total de repeti\u00e7\u00f5es conseguido passou ent\u00e3o de 137, para 161, 191, 218 e finalmente 231.<\/p>\n
